While there has been some positive change in this area over recent years, the pace must be stepped up to tackle the root causes of this issue. It is vital that more sports organisations take a proactive approach to diversity and inclusion, demonstrating good governance and showing the way for other sectors.
This is a highly interactive workshop that will use exercises, videos and powerful discussions to increase participants’ knowledge about the impact of racism in their sport. Through a series of sessions led by certified PCA Trainers, attendees will explore tools for creating a caring climate, stretching moral courage and identifying actions to do more in their programs to combat racism.
